Have you ever wondered what it’s like to work in Biotech? Or questioned what types of jobs even exist in Biotech? Are you interested in learning more about Illumina, ranked as the #1 “world’s smartest company?” Do you like free food? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, come to the first in the “Breaking into Biotech” series with UC San Diego PhD alum Jon Miyake, technical support manager at Illumina. Jon will provide an overview of the various careers in the industry, what to expect, and how to excel in that professional environment.
